In 2003, Dick was handed the reigns of Educare Inc. a small 501(c)3 non-profit organization. The original intent of Educare Inc. was for the purpose of providing professional consulting assistance to individuals and groups. Under his leadership as Executive Director, Educare Inc. began to expand its services offering faith-based counseling, conflict management training and relational peacemaking.

Conciliatory services became more of the focal point and, after 21+ years, in 2024 the not-for-profit Educare Inc was passed on to another ministry. What was previously Educare Inc is currently Hastings Counseling & Conciliation Services LLC. We remain committed to updating our knowledge and skills while continuing to build, strengthen and restore relationships where they matter most.
